Profit Networks (was Traffic Think Tank) - John Reese

Yup, John overdelivered again. This one was billed as a little free-for-all QandA thing and it ended up being a full-blown presentation of a concept called "profit networks."

Profit networks - combos of article, affiliate, directory, public domain and other content sites all intertwined with each other to both bring you traffic and make you a decent wage from the advertising (Adsense, Affiliate Marketing and your own Product Sales).

Profit Networks - that's the key.

I'd tell you about the one I'm building as a result but that would be too easy.

The World's Highest Paid Skill - John Childers

Yup, this guy knows how to make good money speaking from the stage.

Yup, the guy knows how to teach others to do the same.

Picked up some great items and realized that one day I do need to go take his class.

Marlon Sanders - Breaking the $100 Info Product Barrier

Marlon has been a long-time inspiration to me. From seeing the "Marketing Ninja" back in 2001 (if you have to ask, I can't explain) to today, he continues to amaze me.

GimmeMyMoney was the blueprint for FrontPageSecrets.com, my most profitable info-product in my first three years, and I've digested as much of this guys stuff as I can.

Was funny, in 2001 I saw him welcome in the world of the eproduct only, telling me about the joys of letting go of his garage full of product.

The message in 2004 - you need physical product, good stuff, nice looking material, to break the $100 product line.

He gave us a model, some examples, and some great links. He also inspired and made us laugh. What more could we want?

P.s., if you haven't ever signed up for his affiliate program, do yourself a favor and do just that.

Alex Mandossian - Teleseminar Secrets

Alex Mandossian, what a class act. You just can't go wrong with this guy.

Interesting angle - Teleseminar Secrets - how much more "un" Internet can you get than POTS (plain old telephone service) lines and the like? What about web broadcasting, streaming audio, multimedia, all the stuff Jim talked about?

Fact of the matter is the telephone is still one of the more familiar pieces of technology that anyone might want to consider. Everyone knows how to use 'em so you don't have the learning curve you have anywhere else.

I have a bit of an inside track here. Not only do I know that Alex does really well in this industry but I've also done one with him - see http://www.askpaulcolligan.com/testimonials/ for more on that.

The content was good and solid and I know that more teleseminars will be popping up these days as a result of this and the extended 8 session project he's put together. Look for it!

---Updated - Here is the link to Alex's class if you are interested.

Mike Stewart - The Internet Video Guy

Well, first of all, Mike gets the award for "most money spent by Paul." Yup, I picked up his entire Teleseminar Pack as a result of this event. Incredible stuff - I'm just having too much fun.

The concept is this - and it is an interesting one. With everyone doing audio and video these days, why don't you make yours sound and look better than everyone else?

It ain't that complicated - Mike showed us how.

It really ain't that expensive as Mike showed (and Paul bought) as well.

With fascinating new paradigms on the net such as Podcasting and the like, the best stuff will rise to the top pretty quickly. I want to be one of them and thanks to Mike, I'm much closer than I've ever been.
